This isn’t a formal coaching retreat — it’s something better. A week surfing one of the most consistent and exclusive waves in the Maldives, with one of the most knowledgeable and well-travelled surfers on the planet alongside you in the water. Harley will be out there every day — sharing the lineup, offering tips and feedback when you want them, talking boards, reading conditions, and bringing the kind of relaxed, genuine energy that makes a trip like this memorable long after the tan fades.
The Thunderbolt board rack is open to everyone throughout the week. Harley is bringing a full selection — not just his own models but boards from CJ Nelson, Skindog and more. If you’ve been curious about a particular shape, this is the chance to try it in exactly the conditions it was designed for, with the person who helped design half of them standing next to you.

Harley Ingleby has spent two decades at the top of competitive longboarding — two World Championship titles, a reputation for surfing every type of board with equal fluency, and an approach to wave riding that’s as much about feel and flow as it is about results.
Beyond competition, Harley has surf-tripped across the globe and helped develop some of the most popular board designs on the market — including several in the Thunderbolt range he’ll be bringing to Pasta Point. He’s the kind of surfer who can pull a mid-length out of the rack, drop into a head-high left and make it look like the only board worth riding — then swap to a single fin and do the same thing again.
In the water he’s generous, observant and easy to be around. This trip works because of who he is as much as what he’s achieved.
THE WAVES
PASTA POINT
With direct access from the resort, Pasta Point is THE most exclusive waves in the Maldives. This reeling left hander is also one of the most consistent spots in the country too.
SULTANS & HONKYS
Across the channel from Pasta is Sultans, a super rippable right hander that will keep regular footers frothing, whilst the other side of the peak is Honkys, a left hander.
JAILBREAKS
Another Maldives favourite, this long right hander has 3 peaks which can link into one epic ride when the swells right.
