A surf resort situated on Sipika island in the 101 islands of the Telos island chain, south of Nias and North of the Mentawais in North Sumatra, Indonesia.
Telos 101 will be operating exclusive Susi Air charter flights from Padang with 9-seater Cessna Grand Caravans aircraft. These charter flights will be scheduled to provide for ten or eleven night stays at Telos 101
Susi Air charter flights have proven to be the most reliable method to get to/from Telos 101 and will get you in the waves of the Telos Islands as early as possible after your arrival into Indonesia. Flight times are scheduled to facilitate afternoon surfs on the arrival day and an early surf before departing late morning on the last day!
There are plenty of waves in the Telos islands with some fairly isolated and not well known, so for the opportunity of surfing in tropical solitude with just your mates a Telos 101 trip could be it for you.
Unlike the Mentawais where there is a high percentage of lefts, Telos offers an equal number of lefts & rights catering for all standards from world class barrels to fun deep water shoulders. There are a number of breaks easily accessible to Telos 101 that work on a range of swell sizes and wind direction so there is generally somewhere to suit everyone; let Telos 101 cater to your needs and make your dream wave a reality.

The Telos 101 boats are used daily to ferry you to and from these breaks you’ve dreamed about, as well as getting you to and from the Telos Islands airport.
The 11.5 metre Sifika Gaya and 8.5 metre Sifika Express were custom built in Jakarta by Kahajaya Marine which is managed by a New Zealand boat builder. Both boats are fitted out with all the safety requirements of a commercial operator in Australia, including EPIRB registration with AMSAR in Canberra. Both vessels are capable of 30 knots and have regularly done crossings between the islands and Nias/Sumatra.
Want to catch your dinner?
No problem as both boats are regularly used for a slow troll home to put that prized fish on your plate.
